BY SEAN McADAM BOSTON -- J.D. Drew is out of the lineup for the second straight game, hampered by some back stiffness. "He's better," said manager Terry Francona, "but not as good as we hoped. He'll probably play (Saturday)." With Drew out, Brandon Moss gets the start in right field.
