BOSTON _ Red Sox infielder Kevin Youkilis was removed from today's game after the bottom of the fifth inning with a left triceps contusion. X-rays taken at Fenway Park were negative.
Youkilis, playing third base today, was drilled in the arm by Orioles starter Daniel Cabrera with one out in the bottom of the fifth inning.
