BALTIMORE _ Red Sox shortstop Julio Lugo suffered a setback in his rehab earlier today when he aggravated his torn quadriceps while running in the outfield here at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, according to Rob Bradford of WEEI.com.
Both Lugo and manager Terry Francona had been hopeful the infielder would be able to return sooner rather than later. Now that remains to be seen.
