CHICAGO -- Despite five hits in his last two games, Jacoby Ellsbury is not in the starting lineup tonight.
Instead, Coco Crisp will get the start in center field because of his history against lefty Mark Buehrle (12-for-32 with two homers and five RBI).
As expected, David Aardsma has joined the club, recalled from Pawtucket after spending some time there on a rehab assignment.
Kevin Youkilis, who was drilled in the right hand in his first at-bat Wednesday night in Kansas City, is back in the lineup.
He saw manager Terry Francona in the hotel lobby Thursday during the team's off-day and reported that the hand felt much better.
``Basically,'' said Youkilis, ``it's feeling a lot better. It gets better by the day. The swelling went down a lot.''
