Red Sox manager Terry Francona announced moments ago that Josh Beckett -- scratched from his Game One start because of a strained oblique muscle suffered last Friday -- will play catch tomorrow when the team arrives in Anaheim and then will throw a bullpen session on Friday.

Beckett is now scheduled to pitch Game Three of the series on Sunday in Boston.
