BY JOE McDONALD BOSTON -- Curt Schilling threw out the ceremonial first pitch before Game Five at Fenway Park. The Red Sox pitcher has missed the entire season after having shoulder surgery. Former Red Sox outfielder, and fan favorite, Trot Nixon did the honors for Game Four with captain Jason Varitek serving as his batterymate. |
