Game Six of the American League Championship Series has resumed after a 15-minute delay caused by the shoulder injury to plate umpire Derryl Cousins.

Crew chief Tim McClelland, who had been umpiring at first base, moved behind the plate, with Sam Holbrook moving from second to first, Brian O'Nora moving from third to second, and Brian Gorman moving from the left-field line to third base. The left-field line was left unmanned, as the normal six-umpire crew was reduced to five.
