For all the talk he's done about how much he loves Los Angeles, Manny Ramirez admits he still has a soft spot in his heart for Boston.

"I've got my boy David Ortiz and [Mike] Lowell and all those guys," Ramirez told mlb.com. "I'm pulling for them."

He also said he thinks the Sox made a good move in acquiring Jason Bay to replace him.

"That was a good trade," Ramirez said. "I think it was the right move. [Bay] can run, play the outfield. He's got six tools. I've got five."

Manny being Manny, that's funny six tool player eh Manny? Must admit he sure is a character. I think the trade was a win win for everyone. Manny's happy and Boston is happy. I Would love to see a Red Sox vs Dodgers World Series.

Lackey.....what a sore sport! The entire game he pitched on Sunday, he had a puss on his face. They take him out of the game his previous outing and he slams his glove down in the dugout. Now he makes negative comments on how the Red Sox won the clinching game. Did he forget that the Red Sox beat him and the Angels in their ballpark in games one and two? The "fly ball" by Pedroia comment was way off the mark. That ball was a double in any ballpark. His behavior and comments simply show what type of athlete he really is. He's embarrassing his team and the entire Angels organization. Losing builds frustration, however the Red Sox are gritty, determined and have the will to win in difficult situations. Athletes with class give credit where credit is due.
