By Joe McDonald FORT MYERS, Fla. _ The Red Sox' Brad Wilkerson crushed a two-run homer in the bottom of the second inning to give Boston a 6-0 lead. The Sox scored four in the first inning before Julio Lugo led off the second with his second base hit of the game. Wilkerson followed and demolished an offering from the Reds' Robert Manuel and deposited it well beyond the right-center field wall.
