By Joe McDonald FORT MYERS, Fla. _ Red Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz worked one inning and retired the side in order. The right-hander threw only six pitches (five strikes) with one strikeout. Left-handed pitching prospect Kris Johnson is working the top of the fourth.
