Kevin Youkilis hit a three-run home run and scored twice, and Jason Bay has walked twice, stolen a base and scored, as the Red Sox suddenly lively order beat up on Orioles starter Adam Eaton. The Sox lead 5-0 in the fourth. For Youkilis, it was his third home run of the season, and he is now hitting .452. Red Sox starter Josh Becket has allowed several baserunners, giving up three hits and two walks, but has induced pop-up outs to ensure that no Orioles cross home plate. Beckett has thrown 50 pitches and struck out three through three full innings. |
