CLEVELAND -- Workers have removed the tarp from the infield here at Progressive Field and work is underway to get Tuesday night's Red Sox-Indians game going on time at 7p.m.
"It's gonna be cold and kind of miserable, but it's supposed to dry up here and I think we're going to play. That's what we're hearing. I don't think it's going to be real warm but it's drying out," said manager Terry Francona.
The Red Sox pitchers have just reached the outfield for some light stretching, jogging and will throw soon. The Sox will give Julio Lugo his first start of the season.
