Boston outfielder Mark Kotsay will report to Pawtucket tomorrow for a rehab assignment as he works his way back from offseason back surgery, according to PawSox officials. Kotsay will spend two days in Pawtucket, presumably with an eye to rejoining the team as it begins a two-game series in New York on Monday. Kotsay will play the outfield one day and DH the other. Kotsay's spot on the major league team has been filled by Pawtucket's Jeff Bailey and Chris Carter to this point. |
