More than two hours into the second day of the MLB Draft, the most interesting name taken by the Red Sox appears to be pitcher Luke Bard, the brother of relief pitcher Daniel Bard. The younger Bard has signed to go to Georgia Tech next season, so it remains to be seen if he ever makes it into the Red Sox system. On the second day of the draft so far, the Red Sox have made the following selections: 138th overall pick: Jeremy Hazelbaker, center fielder, Ball State University.
