ARLINGTON, Texas -- Blue Jays general manager J.P. Ricciardi said Tuesday no organization has really stepped up with a "highly-motivated offer" for Toronto ace Roy Halladay.
The Jays have their wish list for all the different teams involved, and Ricciardi is seeking a high number of prospects from each, including the Red Sox.
Atop the Jays' list for the Red Sox are pitchers Clay Buchholz and Casey Kelly, along with another big-time prospect. Red Sox GM Theo Epstein, however, is not willing to part with two pitchers and it appears Boston's chances of acquiring Halladay are growing smaller.
