The tarp is now off the field in Philadelphia. The start of Game 3 of the World Series was placed on hold because of rainy conditions in Philadelphia, according to MLB.com At around 8:30 Fox Sports turned from live TV game coverage to "The Cleveland Show," which did not bode well for a quick start of the game. A half-hour before the scheduled start of the game, a steady storm continued to pound Citizens Bank Park, where the Yankees are slated to meet the Phillies with the best-of-seven series tied at a game apiece.
