The Red Sox today announced its 33-game spring schedule spring-training schedule, which includes 17 games at City of Palms Park.

Tickets will also be available beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec.5, at the City of Palms Park box office, on www.redsox.com, or by calling 888-REDSOX6. Handicap accessible seating is also available by calling 877-REDSOX9. Hearing impaired patrons may call the TTY line at 617-226-6644.

Ticket prices will remain unchanged in 2010, with prices ranging from $10 for standing room seats to $46 for the box seats behind home plate.

The Red Sox have sold out every Grapefruit League game since 2003. The season unofficially kicks off with games against B.C. and Northeastern March 3, and tickets for those games will be half-price.

Ft. Myers has been the spring training home of the Red Sox since 1993, and they share the city with the Minnesota Twins, who train nearby. The Red Sox face the Twins in the first official Grapefruit League game, March 4.

Prior to the start of the exhibition season, Red Sox will hold workouts at the organization's Player Development Complex, which is located at 4301 Edison Ave. in Fort Myers. Pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report on Thursday, February 18 and will work out for the first time on Saturday, February 20. Infielders and outfielders report on Monday, February 22 with the first full squad workout on Wednesday, February 24. All workouts are free and shuttle buses are provided from City of Palms Park at $2 per person.

The Red Sox are seeking to move to a new Spring Training home in the near future, building a modern, consolidated facility in the Ft. Myers area to replace City of Palms Park. City of Palms would then be leased by another team, giving Ft. Myers three teams in the area.
