BOSTON -- It will be little noted, or long remembered -- not with another brawl between the teams (you can read about it and see what happened), another mini-brawl just among the Sox, a wrist injury to Jacoby Ellsbury and a potential hamstring injury to Manny Ramirez (which may result in Brandon Moss coming back to Boston) -- but the Red Sox completed a three-game sweep of the Rays with a 7-1 win Thursday night.
Boston now leads Tampa Bay by 1 1/2 games in the A.L. East
Oh, and the Sox also drafted Portsmouth's Ryan Westmoreland.
